Splits "Conversation state and memory" into two concept pages, Sessions and Context and memory. Both explain the ideas rather than the API shape.
The old page mixed two different things and documented an API (
agents/experimental/memory/session) that no longer exists:/agents/concepts/conversation-state-and-memory/now redirects to the memory page, and the old/agents/concepts/memory/redirect is removed so it does not loop.Draft until cloudflare/agents#2773 is released: the memory page describes context changes being sent once and kept where they were delivered, which that PR adds.
