Aegisto[Dedicated Egress IPs](https://developers.cloudflare.com/smart-shield/configuration/dedicated-egress-ips/)in the Limitations list, matching the product's current name in devdocs. (David Tofan flagged the old name on the blog; the same issue exists here.)Also verified against today's blog feedback: the Mesh and Tunnel setup guides already state the connector constraint correctly (Mesh node runs on a host that can reach the origin, not on the origin itself), and the WAN guide already carries the "Cloudflare WAN (formerly Magic WAN)" naming. No changes needed there.

This branch is based on
private-origins-ga(#34628) since the limitations list it edits does not exist onproductionyet. Once #34628 merges, this PR should be retargeted toproduction. Reviewers can approve now; it merges immediately after #34628.
