Add a task that commits a new operator version of a local community-operators checkout on a release-<operator>-<version> branch, pushes it to the community-operators fork and opens a pull request from it to upstream, with all the checks of the upstream pull request template marked. It needs a GitHub token in GITHUB_TOKEN. Assisted-by: Claude Opus 5.5 Signed-off-by: Gabriele Fedi <gabriele.fedi@enterprisedb.com>
