Task Description
The width of DT and DD appear to be hardcoded for the time being. We need more flexibility here, both for the user to set as well as to mimic table behaviour.
While we do it, we should also look into adding props to allow for fine-tuning truncation of content that is too long to fit (see #1955 for DataGrid).
