[Task](ui): fix arrow position when `TextInput type="number"` has a label

Task Description

When a TextInput has type="number" and a label, the up-/down-arrows are pushed down by the same amount we push the content down to make space for the floating label. We should modify the the arrow spacing in case there is a label so the arrows stay vertically centered.

Looking into this, it turns out this is not an easy CSS fix. Given the markup structure we render, there is no easy fix without structural changes to the TextInput component (and potentially to other components that use a floating label, too). Recommend to table this for now.
