chore: Extended styling.docs()

Updates:

• docs() util and parser are updated to support eligible properties per slot and optional descriptions for slot, tokens, and properties
• override mixing is added to be used in consumer classes (but first in components test pages) to make property overrides

The components snapshot tests are failed rightfully, since the output of the docs() util now includes new fields: properties and descriptions. That is expected and to be addressed with an override merge and a follow-up fix in components.
