docs: refresh the agent-smith figures both guides quote - #28

CLAUDE.md and README.md carried 292 / 84 / 208 -- the body line count, the table-list-heading count and the floor a full split would leave. #19's failure-handling paragraphs moved all three, to 299 / 86 / 213, and neither guide followed. The numbers are load-bearing rather than decorative: they are the argument for why agent-smith's body stops where it does, and #8 was closed on them. Leaving the guide at 208 and the issue at 213 would have read as a disagreement about the conclusion rather than a stale figure.
