Step 3 merged each worktree branch first and committed afterwards, which git cannot do: a branch with uncommitted changes has nothing to merge. Closes #36 Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5.1 <noreply@anthropic.com>
The target looked for plugins/*/evals/*/prompt.md, which nothing in the repo provides, so it silently did nothing; a comment in check-install-drift referred to the same absent evals. Closes #38 Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5.1 <noreply@anthropic.com>
Closes #40 Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5.1 <noreply@anthropic.com>
Renaming a hook script kept every check green and only surfaced at the next session start. Closes #41 Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5.1 <noreply@anthropic.com>
Dispatch used to depend on the model choosing to run the shortcut skill at the start of a turn, and each run grepped three skill sources. The hook matches the prompt against the declared words at word boundaries and injects one line naming the skill to run; the skill keeps the listing and a by-hand fallback. Closes #39 Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5.1 <noreply@anthropic.com>
check-version-sync now diffs each plugin's tree against the latest tag and fails when the files moved but plugin.json did not: an installed copy is re-fetched only when the version changes, so such a change never reached anyone. CLAUDE.md's rule follows, and the plugin is bumped to 3.0.3 for this release. Closes #37 Closes #30 Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5.1 <noreply@anthropic.com>

Six fixes from a read-through of the project, one commit each, released as 3.0.3.
smithcommitted a unit only after merging its worktree branch, which git cannot do. It now commits in the worktree first. Closes smith: build step merges worktree branches before committing them #36check-version-syncfails when a plugin's files changed since the latest tag without a version bump, so a change always reaches installed copies. CLAUDE.md's rule follows. Closes check-version-sync: plugin content changed since the last tag without a version bump #37, closes A plugin whose content changes without a version bump is never re-fetched locally #30make evallooked forevals/that never existed; dropped with its stale comment. Closes make eval is a dead target: no evals/ directory exists #38UserPromptSubmithook, at word boundaries, instead of relying on the model to runshortcuteach turn. The skill keeps the listing and a by-hand fallback. Closes shortcut: dispatch magic words from a UserPromptSubmit hook #39hooks/. Closes README development tree omits hooks/ #40scripts/testfails whenhooks.jsonruns a script that does not exist. Closes scripts/test: verify the scripts hooks.json references exist #41make testandscripts/validate-fixturespass; the new version check was seen failing before the bump and passing after it; the hook was exercised on prompts with a word, a slash command, and a near-miss (blacksmith, reply intelligently).🤖 Generated with Claude Code
