Adds how to sign in with the 1Password extension's inline menu: pick the entry by host and account, re-click and ArrowDown when the menu is hidden, expect self-closing sign-in tabs, submit once, and finish the original task. Also adds the vault copy-and-paste fallback and the rules against printing codes or callback URLs.
The steps are generalized from an in-browser agent run that had to sign in through single sign-on with a one-time code. No accounts, hosts, or item names are included.
