docs-accuracy.test.ts fails on Windows: page paths use backslashes #131

Bug

packages/ui/tests/docs-accuracy.test.ts (added in #125) fails on Windows, which blocks bun run validate and the pre-push gate there:

(fail) docs <Props> tables > targets only exported components (use for="A, B" or for="none" when the title does not name one)
(fail) docs <Props> tables > documents only props the component has
(fail) docs links > resolves every /docs/ link and #anchor in the prose

 3 fail

Every page is reported, e.g. "charts\index.mdx: /docs/charts/line/ (no such page)".

Cause

rel: relative(DOCS, file) gives charts\index.mdx on Windows. The test derives page slugs and component titles from rel, so no /docs/... link or <Props> title matches.

Fix

Normalize rel to forward slashes (.replaceAll("\\", "/")), as #88 did for the other unit tests.
