docs: 14 pages emit the same heading id more than once (e.g. id="props" ×4 on /docs/display/table/) #548
Description
Found during #546. Duplicate heading ids break in-page links and the table of contents. Axe never reported them because its duplicate-id rules are outside the tag set the suite runs. Allow-listed for now in site/tests/dist-html.spec.ts (branch feat/546) so any new duplicate fails; fix the 14 pages and empty the allow-list.
