issue-land: new generated files (demo e/ and p/ api/v1 files) are never committed #589
Description
issue-land.sh stages generated files with git status --untracked-files=no, so files the manifest creates for the first time (site/public/api/v1/en/e/NNN.txt and p/NNN.txt for a new demo) are never added. #562 landed without e/991, e/992, p/991, p/992 (catalog.tsv lists them). Fix: stage untracked generated paths too, and add the four missing files.
