#588 bumped site/happy-dom to 21.0.4 but the root bun.lock still pins 21.0.1, so bun install --frozen-lockfile fails on main and issue:start aborts. Regenerate the lockfile.

    Working on this in #607 (draft). Branch fix/606-fix-bun-lock-out-of-sync. Regression test first, then the fix.
