test: /api/v1/index.json is two endpoints: the gallery index shadows the endpoint listing #609
Description
docs.spec.ts "/api/v1/index.json is served" fails on main (release gate test:full). site/public/api/v1/index.json (gallery index, #570) is a static file and shadows site/src/pages/api/v1/index.json.ts (endpoint listing, #386), which is dead code; docs/ai-agents.mdx still links /api/v1/ as the endpoint listing.
