scripts/generated-paths.sh is the single list for issue-land.sh, but release-meta.ts regenerates the same files with its own list (TruthAudit). One list, read by both.

    Working on this in #660 (draft). Branch fix/653-refactor-generated-paths-is-the-one. Regression test first, then the fix.
