tokens/presets.ts derives from theme/builtins.ts but still declares the preset id union by hand and shares semantic palettes outside it (TruthAudit). Derive the id type and remaining fields from BUILTIN_PRESETS so adding a preset touches one file.

    Working on this in #661 (draft). Branch fix/654-refactor-tokens-presets-ts-derives-every. Regression test first, then the fix.
