Bump crypto-bigint and ctutils to fix RustSec advisories - #140

RUSTSEC-2026-0387 (crypto-bigint < 0.7.6, also yanked 0.7.5) and RUSTSEC-2026-0385 (ctutils < 0.4.4) fail cargo audit in CI, which blocks every open PR. Lockfile-only update to crypto-bigint 0.7.10 and ctutils 0.4.6. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
