Conversation
- Date the 2.3.1 CHANGELOG entry (JDBI core / example-users migration split, ADR 0021) and open a fresh [Unreleased] section. - Record the dependency bumps shipped since v2.3.0 (Flyway 13.10.0, PostgreSQL JDBC 42.7.14, AWS SDK 2.55.14, Micronaut 4.10.31; build-side Gradle 9.8.1, Spotless 8.10.4, google-java-format 1.36.1). - Add the v2.3.0...v2.3.1 compare link. gradle.properties is already 2.3.1-SNAPSHOT and the @SInCE tags already read 2.3.1. Tagging v2.3.1 triggers the publish workflow. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
