Prepare the 1.7.0 minor release with namespace-qualified application IDs and graph ownership fixes. Align package/runtime versions and add concise release notes, including source regeneration for the new ID roots.
Validation: typecheck passed; 405 tests passed, 23 skipped. Namespace and SDK behavior was also verified against all 11 supported Online Boutique services in one live Neo4j database.
