This issue tracks one bounded replacement completion canary for the v1.5.0 hosted builder lifecycle. A prior owner-host qualification attempt stopped before provider creation because its work-item identity collided with an already completed canary; it incurred no new provider dispatch or spend.
Acceptance criteria:
- run from the exact current
main base with a 2 ACU task cap;
- produce one small documentation-only pull request that does not close this issue and does not enable auto-merge;
- include no provider session identifiers, credentials, Slack identities, private repository details, local paths, or raw prompts;
- independently audit and gate the exact pull-request head;
- observe terminal provider exit and retain reviewable lifecycle/accounting evidence;
- grant no merge or publication authority.
