dev-skills is a set of Agent Skills that take a requirement to a verified, mergeable pull request. You settle the decisions and acceptance criteria at the start, and read the agent's decisions before you merge. In between, one agent does the work and proves it in the running app, and a model from another family checks it.

• MiniMax-AI/minimax-code#280: stabilized the required performance check in CI. Regressions are now judged from paired samples, so a single slow runner sample no longer fails unrelated PRs. Merged Sep 21, 2026.
