[FEATURE] Close diff handled by remote control

Feature Description

Close diff automatically if they have been approved / denied with claude remote control

Use Case

While switching from nvim to phone with remote control, if managing a few diff with the phone, when coming back to nvim a lots of diff windows are still opened.

Proposed Solution

Not sure if claude protocol can provide such information.

Alternatives Considered

Manually close all windows, or clause vim and restart standalone claude before switching to remote control. but this could imply to force stop ongoing work.
