Set Prisma's required URL before generating
On a fresh GitHub runner there is no backend .env and this workflow never sets DATABASE_URL_UNPOOLED. prisma generate loads prisma7.config.ts; its env() call therefore throws before generation, so the job exits here and never runs the promised backend lint, typecheck, or tests. Set a non-secret dummy URL for this generation step, or make the config tolerate a missing URL for generate-only CI. Prisma config reference
