When this listed tooling skill is followed before a commit, nr ci targets a ci script that does not exist in the root or either app manifest, so it cannot run the repository's actual checks (npm run verify). Replace this directive with the npm-based commands already configured for this repo rather than prescribing the pnpm/nr workflow.

If this skill is used to update either ESLint configuration, making eslint-plugin-only-warn mandatory converts lint errors into warnings, while the repository runs eslint . without --max-warnings; as eslint --help documents, that option is what makes warnings trigger a nonzero exit (default -1). Consequently, the configured pre-commit and CI lint gates can pass with violations instead of blocking them.
