Ember color tokens in globals.css with a four step surface ladder in each theme, the sidebar and top bar shell driven by one typed nav config with every section still disabled, the mobile drawer, the theme toggle, the React Hook Form demo form, and the loading, empty, and error patterns. design.md plus the design:check and a11y scripts keep the doc and the tokens in step.
Twenty three tests across five files. The design:check gate is run as the real command against the current tokens and against broken fixtures, so a contrast pair under its bar or a drifted design.md fails the suite. The mobile hook is checked at its breakpoint edges and during server render, and the accessibility gate is checked to fail loudly when the app is not running. Add frontend-design, react-hook-form, and suggest-lucide-icons under .agents/skills with their .claude pointers, the lock file entries, and the three registrations in the root AGENTS.md skill list.
Verify passed with nineteen of twenty steps ticked. The navigation hover step stays open until a built section makes that row clickable, since every nav row is disabled by design for now. Scope now carries both the verify and the test boxes, with the feature status still in progress until it is marked done.
