What does this do?
Makes sure that the default cursor is used for table rows

This is to improve consistency throughout the application.

How should this be tested? Do these changes have associated tests?

• In cspace-ui.js, update your package.json to use this version of cspace-layout, e.g.

    "cspace-layout": "file:../cspace-layout.js",

• run the devserver
• execute a search on collectionobjects
  • in the sidebar, see that the cursor is consistent when mousing over the report or data update items
• navigate to Tools
  • see that the cursor is consistent when mousing over any of the term lists, reports, or data update items

Dependencies for merging? Releasing to production?
After this is done we should probably push a patch release.
