Adds
DecisionModelToolfor agents using the server'sDECISION_MODELtask. Provider, model, and optional questions are fixed configuration; no Python worker or provider credential is needed.Requires conductor #1664. Includes serialization/schema tests. Setup and usage are documented in the server PR’s decision-model guide.
Validation: focused agent tests and a completed live Jev workflow. Full test suites were not completed.
