Summary

This PR ships four small, focused UX enhancements for senders, treasury managers, and engineers troubleshooting RPC issues. Each change is independent, covered by unit tests, and backwards compatible (no contract changes).

Changes

Dashboard KPI cards (#685)

• Added components/dashboard/KpiCards.tsx rendering Total Value Streamed (total capital locked) and Active Run Rate (aggregate $/hour across active streams).
• Wired into app/dashboard/page.tsx with i18n keys (en/es/pt).
• Added components/__tests__/KpiCards.test.tsx.

Interactive stream preview chart (#684)

• Added components/stream/StreamPreviewChart.tsx — lightweight SVG projection showing linear accrual slope plus cliff unlock jump, current-time marker, and end-of-stream projection.
• Embedded in app/create/page.tsx so senders get visual confirmation before funding.
• Added components/__tests__/StreamPreviewChart.test.tsx.

One-click top-up modal with balance auto-fill (#779)

• Added components/stream/QuickTopUpModal.tsx — one-click top-up with wallet balance auto-fill (useTokenBalance), MAX button, and duration-extension preview.
• Wired into app/stream/[id]/page.tsx via StreamActions quick action.
• Added new topUpStream helper in lib/soroban.ts.
• Added components/__tests__/QuickTopUpModal.test.tsx.

Network latency tooltip with exact RPC timing (#796)

• Extended components/NetworkLatencyIndicator.tsx with an accessible tooltip showing exact Horizon RPC round-trip time in ms, last-checked timestamp, and status thresholds.
• Updated components/__tests__/NetworkLatencyIndicator.test.tsx.

Testing

• New unit tests for all four components (KpiCards, StreamPreviewChart, QuickTopUpModal, NetworkLatencyIndicator).
• Updated dashboard and stream detail page tests for new UI.
• tsc --noEmit shows no new errors vs baseline (repo has pre-existing type errors in unrelated files).

Screenshots / Notes

• No breaking changes, no new dependencies, no env changes.
• i18n strings added for dashboard KPIs in en/es/pt.
