Summary

The pgsql-lint skill had no install instructions. It now opens with an Install section:

npx skills add constructive-io/pgsql-parser --skill pgsql-lint
npm install -D @pgsql/lint

It also points to the safegres skill (npx skills add constructive-io/constructive --skill safegres), which covers the live-database half of the checks. The @pgsql/lint README now gives the skill's install command. I ran npx skills add constructive-io/pgsql-parser --list and the skill shows up.
