This PR adds support for a
sigv4key in MCP configuration. This supports use-cases where an aether agent that communicates with an MCP server, or a MCP gateway that uses IAM credentials for authn/z.Adding direct support avoids having to run a sigv4 proxy to sign requests as a separate process / sidecar.
