Drops the [compat] specifiers that no supported Julia version selects, in any environment of the control-toolbox packages (joint, tests and docs of every package). Without them every audited manifest is unchanged: this PR changes no version that these environments resolve, needs no release of its own, and can be merged in any order with the PRs of the other packages.

file dependency before after selected
Project.toml JET 0.9, 0.11, 0.12 0.9, 0.12 0.12.3 on 1.12, 1.13; 0.9.18 on 1.10
Project.toml OrderedCollections 1, 2 2 2.0.3 on 1.10, 1.12, 1.13
docs/Project.toml JET 0.9, 0.11, 0.12 0.9, 0.12 0.12.3 on 1.12, 1.13; 0.9.18 on 1.10

Opened by the compat-prune workflow (tracking issue: control-toolbox/CTActions#97, audit run). The branch is rewritten by every run: push nothing to it.

…lects

Project.toml: JET = "0.9, 0.11, 0.12" → "0.9, 0.12"
Project.toml: OrderedCollections = "1, 2" → "2"
docs/Project.toml: JET = "0.9, 0.11, 0.12" → "0.9, 0.12"
