Fleet now ships two Claude Code skills under .fleet/skills/, and install.sh installs them into the target project's .claude/skills/ (Fleet owns those two skill dirs; other skills untouched): - /coordinator — onboards a window as the dedicated git push/merge/integration coordinator: repo+worktree+fleet-agent orientation, arms the monitor, then the land loop (merge frozen tip --no-ff -> pre-push gate -> authoritative ls-remote verify -> de-drift every worktree -> DM the lane). Encodes the hard rules + block diagnosis (real vs ephemeral-worktree false-fail, SIGPIPE, commit-guard). - /arm — standalone (re-)arm of the wake-on-message monitor (inbox + new-agent + network-recovery); one-command recovery after a restart kills the Monitor tool. Adds docs/COORDINATOR.md (usage + operating model); README Features + Quickstart and CHANGELOG updated. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>
