[Enhancement] Match COSMIC window width & add padding

Current Behavior:

• It uses a smaller width for default launch size (In this image I matched the width to show padding difference)
• It doesn't have enough horizontal padding for main content

Proposed Behavior:

• Matches width with official system apps & Tweaks app
• With proper padding the task tiles looks more or less the same, perhaps a bit comfortable than compact
