Find all instances of the pattern in pilot/connectathon measures and replace it with correct CQL.
Issue shows in STU3 measures- 104, 105, 108 and 71. None showing in R4 at this time. Add as issue in STU 3 draft measures repo. Will not pursue fixing specific CQL at this time.
