chore: rename repo to react-registry (self-references) - #9

Follows the GitHub repo rename from react-design-system to react-registry. Updates the registry URL (GitHub Pages URLs do not redirect after a rename), package name, registry homepage, landing page, Storybook intro, README, and the reusable refresh workflow's PR body text.
