• move the remaining verify job from GitHub-hosted Ubuntu to the cic-macbook-pro runner pool
• preserve the existing workflow and verification command unchanged

• actionlint with the cic-macbook-pro custom-label diagnostic ignored
• pnpm install --frozen-lockfile
