Add support for GovCloud tenants

Could you add the ability to sign in to multiple clouds? Specifically, I need to use an account in the US Gov cloud (using the login.microsoftonline.us endpoint). This would also change the TLD for most of the API calls, and a couple go to completely different domains.

This feature should be on the way soon. Have you had a chance to use the app at all or was this a limiting factor?

The multiple accounts signed in a the same time is also something I am looking into.

Cool, this was a partially limiting factor. I'm also experiencing an issue on startup.

It also just spins when trying to load the Subscriptions list. Those two things may be related.

You should be able to sign into azure gov cloud tenants now.
Let me know if it is working. I am working on a parent issue for multiple tenants and multiple accounts.

Using v 2.0.2.0 i can sign in to a gov cloud account, however i cannot see the list of subscriptions for both govcloud and publiccloud accounts.

By chance has your IT admin installed the app for your tenant? if not I would suggest trying to use the client ID for azure cli, that has just about everything granted to it since its a well-known client, so you shouldn't need anything further grant wise for the service principal/enterprise app.

Is the app crashing or hanging by chance?

@mattcockrell v2.0.2 had some flaws and was crashing. Can you please try again with v2.0.4?

This version has a few fixes in it.

Were you not seeing data in the tree view as well as the subscriptions selection page?
