Hurricane Florence Telegram Bot (Python 3.6.1)
Run Guide (Linux General):
Create a bot with BotFather and plug the key into bot.py
Create a channel for the bot to output to and add as admin. Plug the name of the channel into bot.py
Give bot permissions to join groups (optional) as it does respond to commands
To actually install the requirements for the bot and run it is as follows:
sudo pip install python-telegram-bot pillow toml requests --upgrade
python bot.py
