Bumps clingo 5.8.0 -> 5.8.2 in
uv.lock(only clingo entries change;pyproject.tomlalready allows>=5.7). Upstream 5.8.2 is bug fixes plus clasp 3.4.1, no API changes.Verification (local, Windows)
