What and why
Projects tie a DJ's identity to a root-owned record with a public managers list, so a person has no page of their own, aliases and b2bs don't fit, and promoters exist only as whoever sent an inquiry. This adds the vocabulary and the decisions for replacing projects with one profile per account plus shared acts, parties and venues. No code changes.
Glossary: adds Profile, Section, Act, Performer, Credit, Capability, Role, Member, Party, Event, Show, Guest, Venue and Inbox. Changes DJ and Promoter (now profiles with those sections on), Manager, Request, Dashboard and Staff console. Press kit, backstage, draft and grant now belong to a performer. Removes Project.
ADR 0003: profiles live in people's repos; acts, parties, venues and party events live in spaces whose authority is the root; directory listings and public events are one-way copies the root writes. ADR 0004: when a hidden member writes in a booking thread, the root writes the message as the act and keeps the real author in the act's space.
How it was tested
Docs only. Checked that no glossary entry still uses "project" except as a term to avoid.
