fix(security): enforce body size limits on API route handlers

Enforces bounded JSON request-body reading (readJsonWithLimit) across Next.js API route handlers (POST /api/resolve, POST /api/history, and POST /api/ui-state) to prevent memory exhaustion and DoS via oversized JSON payloads. Adds comprehensive unit tests for payload size limit enforcement returning HTTP 413.
