Refactored system prompt template in Python synthesis module to ensure explicit alignment with 2026 LLM-Readable-Doc standards (Token-Efficiency YAML frontmatter and Structural Anchors). Updated docs/examples/latest_synthesis.md sample output and synchronized skill copy.

PR created automatically by Jules for task 14678092955592512166 started by @d-oit

Extract SYNTHESIS_SYSTEM_PROMPT_TEMPLATE as a module constant in scripts/synthesis.py
to explicitly mandate Token-Efficiency headers and Structural Anchors per docs/standards.md.
Update sample synthesis output in docs/examples/latest_synthesis.md and mirror changes.
