Configure ANTHROPIC_CUSTOM_HEADERS in .claude/settings.json so that Claude Code sessions report project and repository metadata to Bedrock. This enables meta tagging for Bedrock usage attribution.

Adds Bedrock request metadata tagging to this repository via
.claude/settings.json.When engineers use Claude Code in this repo, sessions will automatically include metadata headers that identify the project (
httpigeon) and repository (dailypay/httpigeon). This enables usage attribution and reporting in the Bedrock Usage Dashboard.Changes
