…loy decisions ADRs 0004-0007 capture the decisions from the September 2026 codebase review so they outlive the conversation that produced them: Connect as the single agent API, per-request project selection, .stack/ as the one stackpanel directory with JSON machine data, and deploy backends as guarded options. docs/adr/README.md. They record the decisions from the September 2026 codebase review:.stack/is the single stackpanel directory, with one config file and JSON machine data.Docs only. Every index link points at an existing file.
