Initialize all regex once #410

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
When running usaddress on a vast amount of addresses (> 200M), the fact that each regex is being parsed / compiled on every method call becomes quite costly

Initialize all regex once and refer to those in calls to match, sub, etc.

None

Additional context
I don't think it is relevant, but we are using usaddress in a spark environment

Also if you agree that it is worth fixing, I can look into providing a fix
