PySimpleGUI user interface for OpenMM simulations.
To install the necessary dependencies:
$ conda install -c conda-forge openmm
$ pip install mdtraj matplotlib pysimplegui
Instructions to install openmm can be found here - https://openmm.org/
To run:
$ python MD4all.py
