This drops the
async-traitdependency and uses nativeasync fnin the four async traits. Since the futures aren't boxed asdyn Futureanymore, they'reSendagain whenever the reader or writer is, which fixes the regression from #32 while!Sendreaders keep working. There's a small compile test for that intests/async_send.rs
