Ready at signed head As the operator of this workflow, I exercised the actual YAML parser, inline guard and fixed request path with success and failure controls. Missing credentials, invalid dispatch context, ambiguous responses, reflected error material and unsafe workflow mutations were rejected. The exact pinned CI wrapper reproduced a console-input stall; the pinned native binary and full repository suite passed after correcting its installation setting. The check does not apply infrastructure or establish deployment readiness. Correctness, simplification and security self-review are clear. The native merge state is CLEAN and MERGEABLE. Every readable required gate passes; the opaque code-quality rule remains UNVERIFIED by the diagnostic helper and is left to the protected merge policy. After merge and main validation, I will run the check from main and record its observed verdict on #29. |
Why
The Cloudflare changes belong in this repository, and we need to verify whether its existing CI connection is available before preparing live changes.
What
Add a manual check that keeps credentials in CI and reports whether Cloudflare read access works. Deployment still requires its own reviewed plan.
Part of #29
👉 After merge/promotion: run the read-only check from main and record its actual connection verdict.
