Superseded by #164, which takes the same 1.0.0 but with the two things this one is missing.

The five test failures here are all one cause: 1.0.0 types StateDeltaEvent.delta as JSON Patch models, so delta[0]["value"] has to become delta[0].value. The package itself is fine — agui_events emits plain dicts and pydantic validates them into AddOperation / RemoveOperation on the way in — and the encoded SSE is byte-identical across the bump, so no client sees a difference.

The other thing is the range. >=0.1.19,<1.1.0 spans both delta shapes, and a test written against the models fails on 0.1.x:

ag-ui-protocol 1.0.0   566 passed
ag-ui-protocol 0.1.22  5 failed — AttributeError: 'dict' object has no attribute 'path'

So #164 raises the floor to >=1.0.0 rather than keeping a range we cannot test against.
