fix(android): centre the send/stop button in the composer - #82

The composer's row aligns its children to the bottom, so that a long draft keeps the buttons on its last line. The send/stop circle was 44 dp tall and the icon buttons beside it 48 dp, which put its centre 2 dp below theirs. It now takes the same 48 dp, so all of them share one centre line. The composer row is bottom-aligned (so a multi-line draft keeps its buttons on the last line). The send/stop circle was 44 dp next to 48 dp icon buttons, so its centre sat 2 dp low. Now it has the same 48 dp height and shares their centre line. Snapshots updated (session, session_commands, narrow-phone chrome).
